摘　　要：新能源材料与器件专业属国家战略性新兴产业专业,然而专业建设时间较短,且无经验可借鉴,因此在人才培养方案上有较多需要讨论之处。本文总结了西南石油大学"新能源材料与器件专业"近5年的生产实习实践经验,分析了生产实习环节在该专业人才培养中发挥的作用,希望能够给有类似专业的兄弟高校提供借鉴。The new energy materials and devices major is the national strategic emerging industry.As the building time is short,moreover,there are no lessons learned,therefore,more discussions for the talent development program are needed.In this paper,we present the production practice experiences of the new energy materials and devices major of the Southwest Petroleum University in the past five years.Moreover,we also analyze the functions of the practice experience for the talent development program.We hope the conclusions here could provide some assistance for other universities who also have the similar major.
