试析增乳汤剂结合穴位按摩对促进产后乳汁淤积的疗效观察及对乳汁分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的:试析增乳汤剂结合穴位按摩对促进产后乳汁淤积的疗效观察及对乳汁分泌的影响。方法:随机选定南昌市第三医院收治的110例产后乳汁淤积患者,2015年10月至2017年10月为研究时段,以住院床号奇偶性分组,分试验组、对照组,每组样本容量55例。对照组采纳穴位按摩,试验组以对照组为基础,采纳增乳汤剂联合治疗。比较临床疗效、泌乳始动时间、乳汁分泌量以及乳房胀痛情况。结果:与对照组临床疗效比较,试验组较高,与对照组泌乳始动时间比较,试验组较早;与对照组乳汁分泌量比较,试验组较少,与对照组乳房胀痛情况比较,试验组更为明显,具统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:增乳汤剂结合穴位按摩可有效改善产后乳汁淤积患者乳房胀痛情况,提前泌乳始动时间,增加乳汁分泌量,效果确切,值得借鉴。Objective:To analyze the effect of Zengru decoction combined with acupoint massage on promoting postpartum milk deposition and its effect on postpartum milk secretion.Methods:110 patients with postpartum milk siltation from October 2015 to October 2017 were randomly selected in the Third Hospital of Nanchang.The patients were divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with acupoint massage,and the experimental group was treated with Zengru decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,the lactation initiation time,milk secretion and breast distension and pain were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the clinical effect of the trial group was better than the control group.Compared with the control group,the lactation initiation time in the experimental group was earlier,the milk secretion in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the breast distension and pain in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the control group.Conclusion:Zengru decoction combined with acupoint massage can effectively improve breast distension,ameliorate pain in patients with postpartum milk deposition,and advance the onset time of lactation and increase the amount of milk secretion.
