摘 要:近年来,猪伪狂犬病在国内许多Bartha-K61疫苗免疫的猪场暴发,传播迅速,严重危害我国养猪业的发展,引起了广泛关注和研究。相关研究表明,引起该病大规模暴发的病原为发生变异的猪伪狂犬病病毒(PRV),多数猪场的PRV野毒株感染普遍存在,因此,有必要对新型伪狂犬病病毒变异株的抗原性、致病性和分子特征及其疫苗的研制等方面进行研究。针对我国猪伪狂犬病的流行和疫苗应用的研究进展进行阐述,以便为研制新型疫苗及猪伪狂犬病的防控提供参考。In recent years,the new porcine pseudorabies has been a large-scale outbreak of many Bartha-K61 vaccine immunized pig farms in China,which seriously endangers the development of the pig industry in China,has aroused widespread concern and research.Related studies have shown that the major cause of outbreak of the disease is caused by a variant of pseudorabies virus,the PRV wild strain infection is widespread in majority of pig farms.Therefore,the antigenicity,pathogenicity,molecular characteristics and vaccine development of the new pseudorabies variant strains were studied.In this paper,the research progress on epidemic situation and vaccine application of porcine pseudorabies in China were expounded,so as to provide reference for the development of new vaccine and the control and eradication of the new porcine pseudorabies.
