摘  要:寄生虫病具有传播范围广、易感人群或动物多,多为隐性或慢性感染等特点,给人畜健康带来严重危害。青蒿素是从青蒿(黄花蒿)中提取的一种含有过氧桥结构的倍半萜内酯类化合物,具有抗菌消炎、抗肿瘤和抗病毒等药理作用,因其在抗疟疾方面的良好药效,被世界卫生组织称为"治疗疟疾的最大希望",2015年我国科学家屠坳坳因此获得了诺贝尔生理学或医学奖。近年来发现,青蒿素及其衍生物具有抗寄生虫作用。论文就青蒿素及其衍生物抗球虫、疟原虫、血吸虫、弓形虫、卡氏肺孢子虫、蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫等寄生虫的效果及其机制进行综述,为中药防治寄生虫病提供理论依据。Parasitic diseases have spread wide,susceptible various animals and people,mostly recessive or chronic infection and other characteristics,therefore which lead to serious harmful effect on health in people and animals.Artemisinin,a sesquiterpene lactones containing peroxy-bridge structure,is extracted from Artemisia annua,which has anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor and anti-virus and other pharmacological effects.Duo to good effect in anti-malaria,artemisinin was vested with"the greatest hope for treating malaria"by WHO,and Chinese scientists Tu You-you won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2015.Recent years,artemisinin and its derivatives have been found the anti-parasite activities.In this article,the curative effects and mechanisms of artemisinin and its derivatives against coccidia,Plasmodium,Schistosoma,Toxoplasma,Giardia lamblia were reviewed in order to provide a theoretical basis of traditional Chinese herbal medicine for the prevention and cure of parasitic diseases.
