摘　　要：猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)引起的猪流行性腹泻(PED)在世界范围内广泛存在。近年来,由于病毒变异造成的病毒毒力增强,给许多国家的养猪业造成了极大的经济损失,受到兽医研究人员的广泛关注。研究人员针对毒株的变异、致病机理、病毒实验室诊断和新型疫苗的研究等方面开展了积极研究,如诊断方法中的荧光微球免疫法和荧光聚焦中和法,以及以马脑炎病毒基因为载体的PEDV颗粒疫苗的制备研究等。这些研究使得人们对猪流行性腹泻病毒致病机理解更加深入。论文基于国内外的相关研究进展,就猪流行性腹泻的病原起源、流行现状、病原学、病毒检测方法和防控等进行综述,以期为该病的预防和控制提供参考。Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus causes diarrhea of pigs and wide spreads through the world.In recent years,the increased virulence due to virus variation caused enormous economic losses in the pig industry of many countries,therefore,aroused the extensive concern by veterinary researchers.Researchers have conducted active researches on viral strain variation,pathogenicity,laboratory diagnosis methods and new types of vaccines,such as fluorescent microsphere immunoassay(FMIA)and fluorescent focus neutralization(FFN)assay in diagnostic methods,as well as studies on PEDV particle vaccines,which used a Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus as a vector.These studies make the understanding of porcine epidemic diarrhea more in-depth.In this paper,based on the recent relevant studies both at home and abroad,updates on the origin of the virus,epidemiology,molecular etiology,detection methods,prevention and control of the disease were summarized,so as to provide the reference for the control of the disease.
