摘 要:以闽楠(Phoebe bournei)15个种源1年生苗木为材料,通过光学显微技术对其叶片解剖性状进行观测,以了解不同种源间叶片遗传多样性和变异规律。结果表明:12个性状在种源间均存在极显著差异,在种源内均差异不显著;不同种源间叶片性状变异系数差异较大,其中下表皮的平均变异系数最大,气孔密度平均变异系数最小,福建福州种群的平均变异系数最大,湖南永顺种群的平均变异系数最小;叶片性状种源间方差分量占总变异的26.82%,种源内方差分量占总变异的7.07%,种源间的平均表型分化系数为71.86%,说明闽楠的叶片性状种源间变异大于种源内变异。相关分析表明,经度是影响闽楠叶片气孔结构的主要环境因子,而海拔是影响叶肉结构的主要环境因子。闽楠叶片解剖性状表现出丰富的变异,存在着广阔的遗传改良前景。The anatomical characteristics of annual seedling leaves of 15 Phoebe bournei provenances were observed by optical microscopy with the purpose to understand the genetic diversity and variation of leaves among different provenances.Results showed that there were significant differences among 12 traits of prove?nances,and there were no significant differences within provenances.The variation coefficients of leaf traits among different provenances were significantly different.The average variation coefficient of the lower epider?mis was the largest,and the average variation coefficient of stomatal density was the smallest.The average vari?ation coefficient of Fuzhou population in Fujian was the largest,and the average variation coefficient of Yongs?hun population in Hunan was the smallest.The variance components of leaf traits among provenances account?ed for 26.82%,and the variance components of leaf traits within the provenances accounted for 7.07%,and the average phenotypic differentiation coefficient among the provenances was 71.86%,which indicated that the variation among provenances of leaf traits of P.bournei was greater than that within provenances.The corre?lation analysis showed that longitude was the main environmental factor affecting the stomatal structure of P.bournei leaves,and elevation was the main environmental factor affecting the structure of mesophyll cells.The anatomical characteristics of P.bournei leaves showed abundant variation,and there was a broad prospect of genetic improvement.
