摘 要:为了促进泡沫混凝土在严寒地区的应用,对不同容重的单质泡沫混凝土试块及不同容重泡沫混凝土组合试块、钢纤维混凝土与泡沫混凝土复合试块进行冻融试验。本文通过对比单质试块、复合试块冻融前后质量损失率和抗压强度损失率,研究各类试块的冻融性能。结果表明,试块抗冻性能的优劣与泡沫混凝土容重有关;低容重芯材与高容重面层的复合试块其抗冻性能优于低容重单质试块;纤维混凝土复合试块的抗冻标号可达到D50。因此,可以将低容重泡沫混凝土作为芯材应用于严寒及寒冷地区的外墙保温材料。In order to promote the application of foamed concrete in cold area,the freeze-thaw tests were carried out on single foam concrete blocks with different bulk density and foam concrete combination blocks with different bulk density,steel fiber reinforced concrete and foam concrete com原posite blocks.By comparing the mass loss rate and the loss rate of compressive strength before and after the freeze-thaw of single mass test block and composite block,the freeze-thaw properties of all kinds of test blocks were studied.The results show that the frost freeze-thaw resistance of the test block is relat原ed to the bulk density of the foam concrete,and the composite block made of low bulk density as core material and high bulk density as surface material,which the freeze-thaw resistance is better than the low bulk density test block in terms of the freeze-thaw resistance,and the freeze-thaw resistance label of the fiber concrete composite block can reach D50.Therefore,the low density foam concrete can be used as the core material in the cold and cold areas of the external wall insulation.
