摘 要:通过建立运输缓冲模型和正余弦运输激励环境模型的整体系统,仿真得到弦波激励下运输包装系统的运输过程中垂直位移响应。使用MATLAB的ode45函数模块对以能量法建立运输包装系统的七阶线性非齐次动力学微分方程求解。当运输工具在某时段受到较大幅值0~8cm的弦波函数输入下,得到被运输物品的振幅不超过0.012cm,隔振位移比为0.25%验证了该运输缓冲包装系统的缓冲性能良好。通过仿真得到各关键部位垂直位移,该方法可为将能量法应用到评价包装材料性能上的研究提供了新思路。By building the integral system of the transportation buffer model and the sine and cosine transportation excitation environment model,the vertical displacement response during the transportation of the transportation packaging system was obtained through simulation under the string wave excitation.The ode45 function module of MATLAB was used to solve the seven-order linear non-homogeneous dynamic differential equations of transportation packaging system established by the energy method.Results show that when the transportation means was under the string wave function input of a larger amplitude of 0~8cm in a time period,the amplitude of the transported goods did not exceed 0.012cm,and the ratio of amplitude to displacement was 0.25%,which verifies good buffer performance of the transport buffer packaging system.The vertical displacements of the key locations were obtained through simulation.This method provides a new thinking for researches on application of the energy method to performance evaluation of packaging material.
