摘 要:针对传统的储罐CFG桩复合地基按承载力控制的设计方法没有充分考虑桩间土和CFG桩的实际承载力的问题,根据复合地基中桩间土和CFG桩的变形受力特性以及储罐基础的特点,提出了基于沉降控制的储罐CFG桩复合地基设计方法。根据复合地基沉降与不同加固深度和不同置换率的关系,按复合地基的允许沉降,确定某一经济可行的地基处理技术方案,并验算复合地基的整体承载力,从而实现优化设计,并通过工程实例应用验证了此方法的可行性和经济性。The recommended designing method in the codes of CFG pile composite foundation for storage tanks is based on the bearing capacity controlling.It has been pointed out that this design method does not consider the actual bearing capacity of soil between piles and that of CFG piles.According to the deformation and stress behaviors of soil between piles and CFG piles in the composite foundation,as well as the characteristic of storage tank foundation,a new settlement controlling design method has been brought forward for the CFG pile composite foundation of storage tanks.According to the relationship of composite foundation settlement,different reinforcing depths and different replacement rates,as well as the allowable settlement value of foundation,an economical and feasible technical plan is determined and the bearing capacity of composite foundation is also checked,achieving a optimal design.The proposed method has been proved to be economical and feasible to the application in practical projects.
