摘 要:目前,湿式氧化技术在处理高浓度有机废水方面得到了广泛的应用,简述了湿式氧化技术在处理酚类有机废水、工业废水领域的发展历史,总结了催化湿式氧化技术处理不同工业废水、制药废水、印染废水、焦化废水、除草剂农药废水、垃圾滤液、纤维和橡胶废水的最优条件,包括时间、温度、氧分压、催化剂及其载体、p H值以及COD的去除率等,提出今后应进一步研究湿式氧化技术处理高浓度有机废水工艺中的合适催化剂的选择,解决湿式氧化仪器的腐蚀及高浓度有机废水在催化湿式氧化仪器中反应放出大量热的问题。At present,the wet oxidation technology has been widely used in the treatment of high concentration organic wastewater.The development history of the wet oxidation technology in the treatment of phenolic organic wastewater and industrial wastewater was briefly described.The optimum conditions of the catalytic wet oxidation technology including treating different industrial wastewater and pharmaceutical for waste water,printing and dyeing wastewater,coking wastewater,herbicide pesticide wastewater,garbage filtrate,fiber and rubber wastewater were summarized time,temperature,partial pressure of oxygen,catalyst and its carrier,pH value,and removal rate of COD,etc..The selection of suitable catalysts for the treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater by wet oxidation technology should be further studied,and the two problems should be solved,the corrosion of wet oxidation equipment and a large amount of heat is generated during the reaction of high concentration organic wastewater in the catalytic wet oxidation system.
