摘　　要：基于装配整体式混凝土建筑项目开发建设特点,以及当前建设项目成本控制中普遍存在的问题,从开发商的角度提出了投资决策、规划设计、采购、施工、竣工结算等装配式建筑项目开发建设全过程各个阶段的成本控制措施。Based on the development and construction features of integral assembled concrete building,and the problems commonly existing in the cost control of construction projects,from the perspective of developers,the cost control measures for all stages of the entire process of and assembled construction projects such as the investment decision-making,planning and design,procurement,construction,completion settlement,etc.,are proposed.
