上海太阳能热水系统住宅应用调研与分析

摘　　要：基于上海太阳能热水系统建筑应用的政策、标准,分析中高层住宅及宿舍、酒店与医院等公共建筑、别墅等低层建筑、太阳能幕墙与太阳能热泵热水系统的应用情况。特别是在调研了4个区的15个多层住宅和别墅小区,共4 066户人家的基础上,详细分析了住宅建筑太阳能热水系统的应用情况,并提出上海太阳能热水系统下一步发展的思考和建议。Based on the policies and standards for the application of solar water heating systems in buildings in Shanghai,the application of systems in high-rise residential buildings such as housing,dormitories,hotels and hospitals;low-rise buildings such as villas,solar curtain walls and solar heat pump hot water systems and other public buildings are analyzed.In particular,after investigating 15 multi-storey and villa sub-communities in 4 districts,a total of 4066 households,the application of solar water heating systems in residential buildings is analyzed in detail and the thinking and advice for the next stage development of Shanghai solar water heating system are proposed.
