摘　　要：我国部分省市正在积极推进工程质量保险试点工作,对于如何建立和实施工程质量保险制度,在国内尚无成熟可靠的经验予以借鉴。本文通过对对外援助成套项目工程质量潜在保险的保险模式、技术风险控制等进行介绍和分析,为相关地区推行工程质量保险提供一定的参考。Some provinces and cities in China are actively promoting the pilot work of inherent defect insurance.There is no mature and reliable experience in building and implementing the inherent defect insurance system in China.This paper introduces and analyzes the insurance mode and technology risk control of the project quality potential insurance for China’s foreign assistance project,so as to provide some references for the implementation of engineering quality insurance in related areas.
