摘　　要：以南方沿海某地一栋框架结构出现主体结构严重开裂、钢筋严重锈蚀为例,从构件损伤、材料强度及氯离子含量等方面,对结构状态耐久性进行评定,为后续的处置提供依据,并为避免该类问题发生提出科学、合理的方法。This paper took a frame structure in the south coast as an example,the main structure of which was seriously cracked and serious rust of steel bars,durability of structural behavior assessment on damaged concrete member,strength of material,and chlorine ion content,and provided future treatment of evidence,scientific and reasonable advices on building maintenance.
