摘　　要：粉防己碱(Tet)是从粉防己的干燥的根中提取而来的,属于异喹啉类生物碱。近年来主要用于心血管疾病、肿瘤及消化疾病等临床疾病,临床上有其良好的应用前景。本文就粉防己碱的药理作用作一综述,旨在更好地研究、应用粉防己碱,指导临床用药及基础实验研究。Tetrandrine(Tet)is extracted from the dry roots of tetrandrine.It belongs to isoquinoline alkaloids.In recent years,Tet is mainly used in clinical diseases,such as cardiovascular diseases,tumors and digestive diseases.Tet has potential value in clinic.This paper reviewes the pharmacological action of tetrandrine,aiming at better research and application of tetrandrine,guiding clinical medication and basic experimental research.
