润燥止痒胶囊辅助治疗慢性湿疹的效果及对外周血嗜酸性粒细胞及免疫球蛋白E水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨润燥止痒胶囊辅助治疗慢性湿疹的效果及对外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、血清IgE水平的影响。方法选取2015年12月~2016年11月在我院接受治疗的慢性湿疹患者146例,将其按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各73例。对照组进行依匹斯汀治疗,治疗组在此基础上增加润燥止痒胶囊行辅助治疗,观察记录两组的相关临床指标数据。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗2、4周的外周血EOS、血清IgE水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后的EASI评分和瘙痒度评分,观察组均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后的DLQI评分,观察组均明显低于较对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论润燥止痒胶囊辅助治疗慢性湿疹的效果及对外周血EOS、血清IgE水平的影响显著,可有效改善患者症状,提升患者生活质量,且有一定的安全性,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Runzao Zhiyang Capsules in adjuvant treatment of chronic eczema and its effect on serum EOS and serum IgE levels.Methods A total of 146 cases of chronic eczema patients treated in our hospital from December 2015 to November 2016 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,73 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Epinastine.On the basis of this,the observation group added Runzao Zhiying Capsules to adjuvant therapy.The relevant clinical index data of two groups of patients were observed and recorded.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Peripheral blood EOS and serum IgE levels in the observation group were lower than the control group for 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of two groups after treatment in patients with EASI scores and itching rating,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The DLQI scores of the two groups were compared after treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of Runzao Zhiyang Capsules in adjuvant treatment of chronic eczema and its effects on peripheral blood EOS and serum IgE were significant.It can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and improve patient quality of life,and has a certain degree of security.It is worth to promote the clinical application.
