血清胱抑素C联合β_2-微球蛋白检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)和β_2-微球蛋白联合检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的意义。方法选择我院2015年9月~2017年8月收治的90例糖尿病肾病患者作为观察组,同期选择90例健康体检人员作为参照组,根据患病时间的不同将观察组分为Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期以及Ⅳ期。临床选择乳胶增强免疫比浊法及循环酶法检测各组的β_2-微球蛋白水平及Cys-C水平,比较各组的检测结果。结果观察组β_2-微球蛋白水平及Cys-C水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于Ⅱ~Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病患者,其β_2-微球蛋白水平及Cys-C水平表现出增高现象,高于Ⅰ期糖尿病肾病患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);β_2-微球蛋白水平及Cys-C水平联合检测检出率高于单项检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病肾病患者施以疾病早期诊断期间,合理进行CysC+β_2-微球蛋白检测,通过分析β_2-微球蛋白水平及Cys-C水平结果 ,最终对疾病早期确诊及后期顺利治疗可做出充分保证。Objective To explore the significance of combined detection of Cys-C andβ2-microglobulin in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 90 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from September 2015 to August 2017 were selected as the observation group,90 healthy physical examination personnel were selected as the reference group in the same time period,and the observation group was divided into stageⅠ,stageⅡ,stageⅢandⅣaccording to the difference of the time.The levels ofβ2-microglobulin and Cys-C in each group were detected by latex enhanced immunoturbidimetry and circulating enzyme method,and the results of each group were compared.Results The level ofβ2-microglobulin and Cys-C in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level ofβ2-microglobulin and Cys-C in patients with stageⅡtoⅣdiabetic nephropathy were higher than those in stageⅠdiabetic nephropathy,with statistical significance(P<0.05),the levels ofβ2-microglobulin and Cys-C level combined detection rate were higher than the single test,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,Cys-C+β2-microglobulin can be detected reasonably.By analyzing the level ofβ2-microglobulin and Cys-C level,the early diagnosis of the disease and the smooth treatment of late stage can be fully guaranteed.
