微信平台健康宣教在肾结石微创手术患者的应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨微信平台健康宣教在肾结石微创手术患者的应用效果。方法选取2015年2月~2017年2月我院收治的肾结石微创手术患者60例临床资料,依据宣教方式的不同将其分为对照组(常规护理方法)、观察组(微信平台健康宣教),每组30例。观察两组患者肾结石病情知识掌握程度评分、微创手术认知程度评分情况,比较两组患者护理满意度和治疗依从性情况。结果观察组患者的肾结石病情知识掌握程度评分、微创手术认知程度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度和治疗依从性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信平台健康宣教在肾结石微创手术患者中应用,可以提高患者肾结石病情知识水平和微创手术认知程度以及患者满意度和依从性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach application effect of WeChat platform health education in patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery kidney stone.Methods Sixty patients with renal calculus undergoing minimally invasive surgery admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected and divided into control group(conventional nursing method)and observation group(wechat platform health education)according to different education methods,with 30 patients in each group.The score of patients′knowledge of kidney stones and the score of patients′cognition of minimally invasive surgery in the two groups were observed,and the nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of patients in the observation group on the degree of mastery of knowledge about kidney stones and the degree of cognition of minimally invasive surgery were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of kidney stone minimally invasive surgery patients by WeChat platform health education,which can improve kidney stone knowledge mastery degree and minimally invasive surgical cognition,increase nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
