分组护理管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨分组护理管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年6月~2016年6月我院手术室的26名护士作为对照组,护理管理中实施常规护理管理模式。选取2016年7月~2017年7月我院手术室的24名护士作为研究组,护理管理中实施分组护理管理模式。实施3个月后比较两组护理质量。并分别在两组护理管理模式实施期间随机抽取50台手术,调查50名手术医师和50例患者的满意度。结果研究组患者的护理质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术医师满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理管理中,实施分组护理管理模式的效果更为理想,能改善护理质量,提升手术医师及患者满意度,值得进行深入研究和推广。Objective To explore the application effect of group nursing management mode in operating room nursing management.Methods Twenty-six nurses in the operating room of our hospital were selected as the control group from June 2015 to June 2016,and the routine nursing management mode was implemented in nursing management.Twenty-four nurses in the operating room of our hospital were selected as the research group from July 2016 to July 2017,and the group nursing management mode was implemented in nursing management.After 3 months of implementation,the nursing quality of two groups was compared.Fifty operations were randomly selected during the implementation of nursing management mode in two groups,and the satisfaction of 50 surgeons and 50 patients was investigated.Results The nursing quality score of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of surgeons in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients′satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of operating room,the effect of implementing group nursing management mode is more ideal,which can improve the nursing quality and improve the satisfaction of surgeons and patients,and it is worthy of in-depth study and promotion.
