论百万人口规模城市BRT系统的规划与设计——以株洲市为例

摘　　要：交通拥堵伴随快速城镇化而生,已成为城市发展的重大难题,通过研究发现,城市必须以"公交优先"的发展理念才能解决城市交通问题,从而促进城市经济和社会发展的可持续性。而"公交优先"中城市轨道交通的优点人尽皆知,但是建设城市轨道交通需要巨大的投资和漫长的工期,是很多城市无法承受的,尤其是中小城市。通过分析及对比,发现BRT系统是一种具有轨道交通的能力,造价又相对低廉有效的公交系统,是未来中小城市交通发展的一个趋势。Traffic congestion has become a major problem of city development because of rapid urbanization.The practice has proved that city must adopt the development concept of"bus priority"to solve city traffic problems,so as to promote the sustainability of urban economic and social development.And the advantages of urban rail transit in the concept of"bus priority"is well-known,but the construction of urban rail transit needs huge investment and long construction period that many cities cannot afford,especially in small and medium-sized cities.Through analysis and comparison,it is found that the BRT system is a kind of public transportation system with the capability of rail transit and relatively inexpensive and effective,which is a trend of the transportation development in small and medium-sized in the future.
