安徽省首家省县紧密型医联体建设的体会

摘　　要：探讨省、县、乡医联体建设工作。总结介绍了安徽省某首家省县紧密型医联体试点工作,通过省级医院托管县级医院,从技术、管理和文化帮扶,建设省、县、乡、村医联体,实行上下联动,优质资源共享,显著提升县域医疗服务能力和质量。提出推行省、县医联体建设,打通行政壁垒,进行顶层设计,使省级优质的技术、管理和文化融入基层医院,不仅可行,而且有效。Medical alliances of provincial,county and township level have been explored.First pilot medical alliance of provincial and county level has been introduced.Provincial hospital mandating county hospital,assisting technically,managerially and culturally,and integrated medical alliance has been constructed,with linkage from top to bottom and shared quality resources,which significantly enhance service standard and quality of county-level hospitals.It is proposed that medical alliance of province,county,township and village levels can break up administrative barrier,realize top-level design,and incorporate superior technique,management and culture of provincial hospitals into grass-roots hospitals,which is not only feasible,but also effective.
