70例左房粘液瘤的短期随访及经验总结

摘　　要：目的:评价单纯左房粘液瘤摘除手术的临床疗效。方法:选取医院行单纯左房粘液瘤摘除术的患者共70例,随访术后第1周、1个月、3个月及6个月的心脏彩超结果,并与术前超声心动图进行比较,观察粘液瘤摘除术后患者心脏结构及功能的改变。结果:粘液瘤摘除术后,患者左心功能不全的临床症状得到改善,手术并发症率低。超声心动图的数据分析显示,手术后第1周左房舒张末期内径较术前有明显缩小(P<0.05)。而在术后更长时间的随访中,左房舒张末期内径较手术后未见明显变化。左室舒张末期内径及射血分数在手术后1周没有明显的改变,在术后1周~6个月之间明显扩大(P<0.05)。结论:在随访中,患者术后左心功能恢复良好,左心结构及功能得到明显改善。Objective:This study aim to evaluate the clinical efficacy of simple left atrial myxoma surgery.Methods:A total of 70 patients with simple left atrial myxoma removal were enrolled in hospital.The results of the first week,one month,three months and six months of follow-Pre-echocardiography were compared to observe the changes in cardiac structure and function after patients with myxoma removal.Results:After the surgery of Left atrial myxoma,the clinical symptoms of left ventricular dysfunction were improved and the complication rate was low.Data analysis of echocardiography showed that the diameter of left atrial diastolic diameter was significantly reduced(P<0.05)in the first week after operation.In the follow-up period,the left atrial diastolic diameter did not change significantly after operation.Left ventricular end diastolic diameter and ejection fraction did not change significantly at 1 week after operation.There was obvious change between 1 week and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the follow-up,patients with left ventricular function after recovery is good,left ventricular structure and function can be more obvious improvement.
