摘　　要：目的:探讨氟比洛芬酯联合枸橼酸舒芬太尼用于剖宫产术后自控静脉镇痛效果。方法:随机抽取82例剖宫产分娩孕妇作研究对象分为对照组(41例)与观察组(41例),对照组选采用枸橼酸舒芬太尼进行治疗,观察组采取氟比洛芬酯联合枸橼酸舒芬太尼进行治疗。结果:观察组镇痛时间长于对照组;观察组不良反应低于对照组;观察组术后的VAS评分低于对照组。结论:针对剖宫产术后产妇,采取文中提出的治疗方案,安全性较高,镇痛效果显著。Objective:Flurbiprofen Axetil and Sufentanil Citrate are used in the automatic vein after cesarean section.Methods:Patients in the control group were treated with Sufentanil Citrate,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Flurbiprofen Axetil and Sufentanil Citrate.Results:The analgesic time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The adverse reaction of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:In the treatment of cesarean section,the treatment plan proposed in this paper can effectively prolong the patient's analgesic time and reduce adverse reactions.
