摘  要:目的:探讨CT以及MR对于急性踝关节骨质损伤的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析43例急性踝关节骨质损伤患者的CT及MR影像学表现,患者均在受伤后1周内行CT以及MR检查。结果:CT图像显示43例患者中有30例骨折,撕脱性小碎骨片4例,9例未见异常,阳性率79.1%;MRI则显示43例患者中有30例骨折(其中13例合并骨挫伤),撕脱性骨折1例,5例骨挫伤,7例未见异常,阳性率83.7%;二者结合,阳性率93%。MRI对于发现急性踝关节骨挫伤的敏感性高于CT,而CT尤其是三维图像对于小碎骨片的显示优于MRI。结论:CT及MRI联合应用明显提高踝关节外伤患者骨质损伤的检出率,更加全面的了解急性踝关节骨质损伤的信息,从而使患者得到最佳治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of CT and MR in diagnosis of acute ankle osteoarthritis.Methods:The findings of CT and MR imaging in 43 patients with acute ankle osteoarthritis were analyzed retrospectively.All the patients underwent CT and MR examination within one week after injury.Results:CT images showed that there were 30 cases of 43 cases of fracture,avulsion of small bone fragments in 4 cases,the remaining 9 cases showed no significant abnormality,the positive rate was 79.1%,MRI showed 43 cases in 30 cases of fracture(13 cases of combined contusion),avulsion fracture in 1 case,5 cases of bone contusion,7 cases without abnormalities,the positive rate of 83.7%,the combination of the two,the positive rate of 93%,which shows that MRI found acute ankle bone marrow Degree of damage sensitivity is higher than CT,CT,especially threedimensional images of the display of small fragments better than MRI.Conclusion:The combined application of CT and MRI can significantly improve the detection rate of bone injury in patients with ankle joint trauma,can fully understand the various aspects of acute ankle osteoarthritis so that patients can get the best therapeutic effect.
