腹腔镜手术围手术期的护理方法研究

摘　　要：目的:对腹腔镜手术围手术期的护理方法进行研究。方法:随机抽取医院收治的94例腹腔镜手术患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各47例患者,观察组和对照组分别给予舒适护理和常规护理,对比两组患者的护理情况。结果:观察组患者和对照组患者的并发症发生率分别为并发25.53%和65.95%,观察组患者术后的舒适度和恢复速度比对照组效果更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将舒适护理应用于腹腔镜手术患者护理,能够减少并发症的出现,使患者舒适的度过围手术期,促进患者的身体恢复。Objective:Perioperative nursing methods of laparoscopic surgery were studied.Methods:94 cases of hospital patients with laparoscopic surgery were selected randomly,and divided into observation group and control group(n=47),observation group patients were given comfortable nursing,control group patients were given routine nursing care,observation and comparison were made into the nursing effect of two groups.Results:after nursing,the complication rate of observation group was 6.25%,lower than the control group 28.13%incidence of complications,observation group of patients with postoperative comfort and recovery effect is better than that of the control group with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:comfortable nursing was applied to patients with laparoscopic surgery nursing,which can reduce the occurrence of complications,make the patient comfortable through perioperative,and promote the patient's recovery.
