摘 要:目的:探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平在慢性肾脏病(CKD)3~5期患者中的临床意义。方法:50例3~5期CKD患者(观察组)和50例同期门诊非肾病患者(对照组),采用循环酶法检测Hcy血浆浓度,免疫比浊法检测hs-CRP并进行分析。结果:与正常对照组比较,CKD5、CKD4、CKD3组患者的Hcy、hs-CRP水平均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CKD4组患者Hcy、hs-CRP水平与CKD3组相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);CKD5组患者Scr、BUN、Hcy、hs-CRP水平均高于CKD4、CKD3组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示Hcy、hs-CRP和肾功能损害高度相关(P<0.05)。结论:动态联合检测血清Hcy和hs-CRP有利于CKD患者疾病的诊断与病情判断,为临床诊疗提供准确的指导。Objective:To explore clinical significance of the serumhomocysteine(Hcy)and hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in 3~5 stage of Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD)patients.Methods:50 patients with 3~5 stage of CKD patients(observation group)and 50 cases others patients in the same period(control group),the enzyme immunochemical method was used to detect hs-CRP concentration,immune turbidimetric method was used to detect Hcy,and the statistical analysis was conducted.Results:Compared with control group,Hcy and hs-CRP concentration increased significantly in observation group(P<0.01).Hcy and hs-CRP and serum creatinine levels were positively correlated(P<0.01).Conclusion:Combined detection of Hcy and hs-CRP is beneficial to the diagnosis of CKD patients,and to provide accurate guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
