球囊宫颈扩张器联合缩宫素用于足月引产的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究球囊宫颈扩张器联合静滴缩宫素应用于孕足月引产的临床意义。方法:选取某医院进行引产的100例孕足月产妇,将其随机分为常规组及研究组,对常规组产妇行单纯静滴缩宫素治疗,对研究组产妇行球囊宫颈扩张器联合静滴缩宫素治疗,比较两组产妇宫颈情况、分娩情况、产后并发症及新生儿情况。结果:研究组产妇宫颈Bishop评分显著优于常规组(P<0.05),分娩时间均短于常规组(P<0.05),且顺产率达94.00%,显著高于常规组(P<0.05),两组新生儿Apgar评分基本相同(P>0.05),研究组产妇产后并发症发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:采用球囊宫颈扩张器联合静滴缩宫素对孕足月产妇进行引产,能够显著提高顺产率,缩短产程,同时降低产后各类并发症发生率,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical significance of balloon dilatator combined with intravenous oxytocin for the induction of labor in term pregnancy.Methods:A total of 100 full-term pregnant women were randomly selected and divided into a routine group and a study group at Huoshan County Hospital.The patients in the conventional group were treated with simple intravenous oxytocin and the women in the study group underwent balloon dilators.Combined with intravenous oxytocin therapy,the maternal cervix status,delivery status,postpartum complications,and neonatal status were compared between the two groups.Results:The cervical Bishop score of the study group was significantly better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The delivery time was shorter than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the yield rate was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The Apgar score of newborns was basically the same(P>0.05).The incidence of postpartum complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of balloon dilatator combined with intravenous oxytocin for induction of maternal complete term labor can significantly increase the rate of spontaneous delivery,shorten the birth process,and reduce the incidence of postpartum complications.It is worth promoting.
