摘 要:用不同氧化剂,氧化学生自制实验产品——环己烯制备己二酸,并考察氧化剂种类及用量、反应时间、反应温度以及酸用量对产物收率的影响,确定最佳反应条件为选用CrO_3作为氧化剂,n(CrO_3)∶n(C_6H_(10))∶n(H_2SO_4)=3∶1∶6,并且控制反应温度在50℃,反应时间3.5h,可以使得产率达到56.1%。In this paper,Adipic acid was prepared from Cyclohexene with various oxidizing agents.The effects of the kind and amount of oxidizing agents,the amount of acid,the reaction temperature and time on the output rate were also investigated.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:CrO3 was chosen as the oxidant;n(CrO3):n(C6H10):n(H2SO4)was 3:1:6;the reaction temperature and time were 52℃and 3.5h respectively.Under these conditions,the yield of Adipic acid could reach 56.1%.
