摘 要:近年来,随着我国电气化铁路的飞速发展,电铁外部供电工程数量及投资规模逐年增加。为保证电铁牵引站的可靠供电,外部供电工程均采用一用一备的两路独立电源供电模式,单位负荷工程投资较大,而牵引站投产后实际电量和负荷远低于预测情况成为常态,尤其是取消电铁还贷电费后,工程投资难以收回,有必要对电铁外部供电工程进行投资回报分析,并提出合理的电价建议,确保电气化铁路供电的可持续发展。With the fast development of electrified railway in China,the quantity and investment scale of the external power supply project of electrification railway has increased year by year.In order to ensure reliable power supply,electric traction station outside power supply project adopts one with one of two independent power supply mode.Project investment unit load is big,the traction sta-tion put into production after the actual power and load is far lower than the predicted that become the norm especially having canceled electricity electric iron on the loan.The engineering investment is difficult to recover.It is necessary for electric iron outside power supply project return on investment analysis and put forwards the suggestion of reasonable price to ensure the sustainable development of electrified railway power supply.
