摘  要:针对某工业用自备电厂的锅炉排渣物理显热回收技术改造情况,采用热平衡法与等效热降法相结合,计算分析其改造前后机组热经济性指标,阐述锅炉排渣物理显热回收对全厂热经济性影响机理,所得结论为电厂节能诊断奠定基础。Some of the self-prepared power plant for industrial use in which the reclamation technology of boiler slag physical sensible heat has been optimized.We adopt the thermal equilibrium method incorporated with equivalent heat drop method to calculate and ana-lyze the thermal economic indicators before and after the transformation of the unit.We can reveal the mechanism in which the recla-mation of boiler slag physical sensible heat influence the total economy of the power plant.Its conclusions lays the cornerstone for the energy efficiency diagnosis of power plant and mining energy saving potential.
