摘 要:多孔β钛合金具有低的弹性模量、优良的生物相容性、良好的耐蚀性,在医疗领域中获得了越来越广泛的应用。分析了合金元素、热处理工艺及多孔结构对多孔β钛合金性能的影响,介绍了多孔β钛合金的制备方法,包括粉末冶金法、凝胶注模成形法、激光快速成形技术,评述了各种方法的研究现状,并对各种方法的优缺点进行了比较,指出:目前多孔β钛合金的制备方法仍存在局限性,还需深入研究工艺参数与孔结构的关系,不断探索与创新多孔β钛合金的制备技术。Porousβ-titanium alloy was more and more widely used in the field of medicine due to lower elastic modulus,good bio-compatibility,and good corrosion resistance.The effects of alloying elements,heat treatment and porous structure on the properties of porousβ-titanium alloy were analyzed.The preparation methods of porous titanium alloy were introduced,including powder metallurgy,gel injection molding and laser rapid prototyping technology.And the research status,advantages and disadvantages of the various methods were reviewed and analyzed.It is pointed that there are still some limitations to the preparation method of porousβ-titanium alloy.It is also necessary to further study the relationship between the technological parameters and pore structures and to explore and innovate the preparation technique of porousβ-titanium alloy.
