摘 要:钛铝金属间化合物Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb(TiAl 4822)是一种优良的轻质、耐高温材料,已在航空发动机叶片领域获得重要应用。电解加工是国内外加工TiAl 4822材料的主要方法,与机械加工相比具有显著的效率和成本优势。针对TiAl 4822脉冲电解加工开展了参数优化研究,以加工电压、工具进给速度、电解液温度、脉冲占空比和脉冲频率等参数设计了正交试验,以加工工件的表面粗糙度和单位时间内材料蚀除体积速率为评价指标,采用层次分析法进行了分析,通过单因素试验对分析结果进行了验证。Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb(TiAl 4822)intermetallic is an excellent lightweight and high temperature resistant material which has been used in the field of aeronautics and astronautics.Electrochemical machining(ECM)is one of the main processing technologies for TiAl 4822 parts.Compared with traditional machining technologies,ECM has the outstanding advantages on machining efficiency and cost.This study focuses on parameter optimization of pulse electrochemical machining of TiAl 4822.The orthogonal experiments with the parameters of peak pulse voltage,duty ratio,frequency,electrode feed rate and electrolyte temperature were carried out.The experiments results were analyzed by the AHP(analytic hierarchy process)method with the evaluation indexes of material removal velocity and surface roughness.Single factor experiments were carried to verify the results of AHP.
