摘 要:通过比较不同振动频率下的穿刺孔形态和大小,探究了超声振动辅助活检穿刺对取样孔面积、周长(即裂纹长度)、区域圆度等取样性能的影响。将新鲜猪肝组织放在活检穿刺实验台上,分别在相同电压、不同振动频率(20、30、50、60、70 k Hz)和相同频率、不同激励电压(0、20、40、60、80 V)的条件下进行活检穿刺实验。结果表明:随着振动频率的增加,取样孔面积和周长均减小;随着振动幅度的增加,取样孔面积和周长先减小、后增大,区域圆度都趋于增大。The effects of ultrasonic vibration on the sampling performance of biopsy puncture were investigated by comparing the shape and size of the puncture holes at different vibration frequencies.The sampling performance includes the area of the sampling hole,the circumference(crack length)and the roundness of the area.The fresh pork liver tissue was placed on a biopsy puncture bench to study the influence of ultrasonic vibration frequency and amplitude on sampling performance.The first set of experiments:fixed amplitude,vibration frequency were 20,30,50,60,70 kHz,the second set of experiments:fixed frequency,voltage were 0,20,40,60,80 V.The experimental results show that the sampling hole area and perimeter decrease with the increase of vibration frequency.With the increase of vibration amplitude,the sampling hole area and perimeter first decrease and then increase,and roundness of area tends to increase.
