产城融合基本单元布局模式与规划标准研究——以深圳市龙岗区为例

摘　　要：针对产城融合空间尺度和规划标准的研究不足,文章首先通过解读产、城、人关系,梳理产业和人口对城市空间的需求,并以此为桥梁建立基于产城融合基本单元的多层次空间布局模式;其次将产城融合基本单元分为就业圈和生活圈,总结提炼各类就业圈内建筑规模比例、配套设施类型等规划标准;最后结合深圳市龙岗区实践,将产城融合基本单元、空间布局模式和规划标准等作为评价标准,指出龙岗区现状及已有规划在落实产城融合理念方面的不足,并提出规划对策。Present research on spatial scale and planning standards of industry-city integration is insufficient.The paper firstly analyzes the relation among industry,city,and people,reorganizes the needs of industry and people on urban space,and sets up a multi-layered spatial layout model based on industry-city integration units;then the paper separates the units into employment circle and life circle,concludes planning standards of buildings and facilities in employment circle;finally with Longgang district,Shenzhen case,the paper takes integration units,spatial layout,and planning standards for evaluation of Longgang district,indicates its weakness in status quo and plans,and puts forwards planning strategies.
