摘 要:将栒子试管苗茎段接种于土壤支撑的培养基并放在露地环境中进行生根培养,以便探讨露地环境中栒子微枝试管内生根培养的可能性。结果表明:4月21日—5月31日在露地环境中,培养的栒子试管苗的生根与生长指标、气孔关闭功能及移栽效果与培养室中培养的均无显著差异,生根率达到95.8%,移栽成活率达到98.8%;该时期是露地环境中栒子微枝试管内生根培养的适宜时期,而5月22日—7月1日是次适宜时期。结果初步显示,在露地环境中进行栒子微枝的试管内生根培养具有可行性,值得进一步研究。The stem sections of Cotoneaster hjelmqvistii plantlet in vitro were inoculated in the soil supporting medium and placed in field to investigate the possibility of Cotoneaster hjelmqvistii micro shoots in vitro rooting in the field environmental condition.The results showed that the index of rooting and growth,the stomata closing function and the survival rate of the Cotoneaster hjelmqvistii plantlet cultured in fields in period from April 21st to May 31st demonstrate no significant differences compared with those of the plantlets cultured in incubation chamber,with rooting rate of 95.8%and transplanting survival rate of 98.8%.The period from April 21st to May 31st was suitable period for Cotoneaster hjelmqvistii micro shoots in vitro rooting in field and the sub-suitable period was from May 22nd to July 1st.These results indicated that Cotoneaster hjelmqvistii micro shoots in vitro rooting in the field environment is feasible and worthy of further study.
