摘　　要：在"大众创业、万众创新"时代,大学生创新创业面临着体制、制度、资金、技术、市场和教育等困境。推进大学生创新创业,应建立健全大学生创新创业保障体制,优化创新创业政策环境,完善政策扶持机制,提升创新创业人才培养理念,完善创新创业人才培养机制,创新教育教学体系,培育大学生创新创业组织育成模式。In the era of“Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation”,innovation and entrepreneurship of college students faces the plight of system,capital,technology,market and education.To promote innovation and entrepreneurship of college students,it is suggested to establish and improve students'innovation and entrepreneurship support system,optimize the policy environment,improve the policy support mechanism,promote innovation and entrepreneurship talents training concept,improve the talents training mechanism,innovate education and teaching system,and cultivate students'innovation and entrepreneurship organization breeding mode.
