摘　　要：目的:研究阿尔茨海默病家庭照顾者负担及其影响因素。方法:应用CBI负担量表和一般资料问卷对371名阿尔茨海默病家庭照顾者及患者进行调查研究。结果:照顾者有中等程度的负担,CBI的5个维度由大到小排列依次为生理性负担、发展受限负担、时间依赖负担、情感性负担和社会性负担。结论:需要进一步轻、中度阿尔茨海默病家庭照顾者采取干预手段,以缓解其负担。Objective:To study the burden and influence factors of the family caregiver for Alzheimer patient.Method:The CBI burden scale and the general questionnaire were used to investigate 371 Alzheimer patients and their family caregivers.Result:The caregivers are with moderate burden,and the five dimensions of CBI in from large to small order include the rational burden,the limited development burden,the burden relied on time,the emotional burden and the social burden.Conclusion:Family caregivers for mild and moderate Alzheimer should further intervene to relieve their burden.
