“双一流”建设视角下地方高水平特色大学行政文化的现代重构——基于上海海洋大学的思考

摘　　要：推进"双一流"建设,一流的高校行政文化至关重要。深入推进高校行政文化的现代重构,是地方高水平特色大学加强管理、争创一流的关键切入点。基于上海海洋大学的教育实践,剖析高校行政文化建设的重要性及存在的问题,并在突出价值引领、提升服务理念、探索差异化管理、重塑品格魅力、加强顶层设计等方面提出重构新型高校行政文化的具体对策,具有一定的理论和现实意义。The first-class administrative culture is a fundamental for promoting the construction of"double first-class"at colleges and universities.For local high-level characteristic universities,the modern reconstruction of administrative culture is the key strengthening their management and create their first-class.Based on our survey at Shanghai Ocean University,this paper analyzes the importance and existing problems of administrative culture reconstruction,and then introduce some measures for the reconstruction of new administrative culture with respect to highlighting the value leadership,promoting the service conception,exploring the di?versified management,remolding the charisma of character and strengthening the top-level design,etc.,which will have some theoretical and practical significance.
