农业院校建设世界一流学科的现实困境及路径研究——以ESI学科排名为基准

摘　　要："双一流"建设的启动,为我国农业院校发展提供了新的机遇。ESI已成为建设中国特色世界一流大学、世界一流学科的评估与衡量的世界标准。基于ESI学科排名,重点分析农业院校建设世界一流学科所遇的论文产出、科研能力、师资队伍、培养质量、国际影响等现实困境,并且从学科建设、科学研究、人才培养、社会影响四方面提出农业院校建设世界一流学科的策略。The launch of"Double First-rate"Project provides China's higher agricultural institutions with the opportunity to sustain and develop.Based on the ESI ranking,the present paper focuses on the analysis of practical difficulties in the construction of the first-rate disciplines,such as academic publications,scientific research ability,teaching staff,teaching quality,international influence and so on.The strategic analysis of agricultural universities to build the first-rate disciplines is put forward from four aspects of discipline construction,scientific research,personnel training and social influence.
