摘　　要：基于小动物医学人才培养实践教学体系改革创新必要性的分析,文章总结了小动物医学人才培养实践教学体系改革创新的主要措施,包括课程体系与教学内容改革、开展"第二课堂"教学活动、完善教学保障体系等内容。改革实践表明,学生实践操作技能、分析问题和解决问题的能力得到很大提高,同时专业素质得以提升,学习兴趣不断提高。今后,将从"临床兽医"的角度推进实践教学的内涵改革。Based on the necessity analysis on the reform and practice of practical teaching system for talent cultivation in small animal medicine specialty,the present paper summarized the major measures for scientific practice-teaching system reform,including a new curriculum system and its teaching contents,an extracurricular program and a perfect teaching quality assurance system.The reform outcome showed that the students'operative skills,the ability to analyze and solve problems in the clinical practice of small animal medicine,the professional quality as well as their learning interest were all improved.
