457例组织活检与支纤镜刷片对肺肿瘤早期诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)组织活检与细胞学刷片在肺肿瘤早期诊断中的应用价值。方法 纤支镜检查后采用组织活检与刷片取得组织和细胞标本作出病理诊断。结果 诊断阳性率纤支镜刷片80.1%,组织活检78.4%,二者结合88.1%,阳性诊断率均高于前二者;对标本组织分型刷片符合率69.5%,组织活检89.8%,二者结合96.8%;组织分型符合率活检高于刷片,但二者结合则均高于单独活检或刷片。结论 纤支镜组织活检与细胞学刷片结合,可提高肺肿瘤诊断的阳性率和分型符合率,在肺肿瘤早期诊断中具有极其重要的作用。Objective To investigate the fiberoptic bronchoscope(fiber branch mirror)biopsy and cytology brush in lung cancer early diagnosis application value.Methods Fiber branch after speculum examination with biopsy and brush made of tissue and cell specimen making a pathologic diagnosis.Results The positive rate of diagnosis of fiber branch mirror brush was 80.1%,biopsy of 78.4%,both 88.1%,the positive diagnosis rate was higher than the former two;on specimens of tissue typing brush coincidence rate was 69.5%,biopsy of 89.8%,both 96.8%;tissue typing composite rate than brush biopsy,but both are higher than the single biopsy or brush.Conclusion Fiber branch mirror biopsy and cytology brush combination,can improve the diagnosis of lung cancer and incidence of positive coincident rate in lung cancer,early diagnosis is very important.
