高校女大学生参与体育运动状况及影响因素分析——以贵州省为例

摘　　要：目的:分析女大学生参与体育运动的状况及其相关影响因素。方法:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理分析法对贵州高校女大学生参与体育运动的目的、满意程度、女大学生家庭经济状况、锻炼方式、参与方式五大方面进行调查。结果:贵州高校女大学生参与体育运动目的不明确、满意度不高、积极性不高。结论:家庭经济状况、周围环境条件、锻炼目标清晰度是影响贵州高校女大学生参与体育运动积极性的重要因素。本研究提出合理建议,以期对贵州高校女大学生参与体育运动状况有所改善。Objective:To analyze the status and influencing factors of female undergraduates'participation in sports.Method:the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematic analysis were adopted to investigate the female undergraduates in Guizhou on the five aspects in this paper,i.e.their purpose of participating in sports,satisfaction degree,family economic status,exercise mode and participation mode.Result:The result shows that the female college students participating in sports in Guizhou have unclear purpose,low satisfaction degree and low enthusiasm.Conclusion:The family finances,the surrounding environmental conditions and the clarity of exercise goal are the critical factors which influence the female undergraduates'enthusiasm for participating in sport activities in Guizhou province.This study puts forward some reasonable suggestions to improve that situation.
