摘  要:针对表贴式永磁同步电机(SPMSM)采用高频电流注入法进行无传感器控制时高频响应信号检测问题,首先对数字滤波器进行了研究,分别设计了直接型无限冲击响应(IIR)和基于窗函数的有限冲击响应(FIR) 2种低通滤波器;然后对2种数字滤波器进行了参数设计,在注入高频信号干扰时进行了滤波效果仿真,并给出了仿真结果;最后,在一台表贴式永磁同步电机实验平台上,进行了2种滤波器滤波效果以及滤波器嵌入控制系统后电机位置检测效果的比较,实验结果表明:FIR滤波器在表贴式永磁同步电机的控制场合中较IIR滤波器的滤波效果要好,满足永磁电机无传感器控制的要求。For high frequency current injection method of sensorless control of surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM),the direct structure infinite impulse response(IIR)and finite impulse response(FIR)digital filter based on window function were designed to detect high frequency response signal.Two kinds of digital filters were designed their filtering effect was simulated when the interference of high frequency signal was injected,and the results of simulation were given out.Filter effect of two kinds of filters and the effect of motor position detection after embedded control system were verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the filter effect of FIR filter is better in the control of SPMSM,and can meet the requirements of sensorless control of PMSM.
