摘 要:为实现沁水盆地大埋深、高应力、低渗透煤层气资源的高效开发,本文以郑庄-里必区块深部煤层气储层为研究对象,剖析了直井、多分支水平井和L型水平井的开发效果及适应性,确定了L型水平井连续油管拖动压裂开发工艺,考察和评价了开发效果。实践结果表明:深部高地应力及其非均质性限制了直井和多分支水平井的产能,而L型水平井连续油管拖动压裂开发工艺克服了高地应力及其各向异性,实现了应力重构,强化了水平井筒和缝网系统的有效连通,能够在埋深大于700m的储层中获得较好的产气效果,单井最高产量达到25 000m3/d,创造了大埋深、高应力、低渗透储层条件下的单井产气量记录。In order to achieve the high efficient development of the coalbed methane in deep,high stress and low permeability conditions,this paper took the deep coalbed methane reservoir of Zhengzhuang-Libi development block as research object where lies in the Qinshui basin,and analyzed the development effects and adaptability of different well types including vertical well,multi branch horizontal well and L-type CBM horizontal well,and determined the L-type CBM horizontal well with continuous tubing drag fracturing as the development technology,and investigated and evaluated the development effect.The results show that the capacity of vertical well and multi branch horizontal well was limited due to high crustal stress and stress anisotropy;the L-type CBM horizontal well with continuous tubing drag fracturing realized the stress reconstruction and strengthened the effective connectivity between horizontal wellbore and fracture network,which obtained the good development results at depths greater than about 700 m.The highest gas production reached 25 000 m 3/d,which hit record levels in deep,high stress and low permeability conditions.
