摘 要:西藏某石英脉金矿主要载金矿物为银金矿,嵌布粒度较细且不均匀,金品位3.22g/t,为主要回收元素,银品位19.50g/t,为可综合回收元素。针对矿石性质,采用浮选-浮选尾矿氰化浸出联合工艺流程对矿石中的金进行回收。经一粗一精二扫、中矿顺序返回的闭路浮选流程,可获得浮选金精矿含金95.81g/t、金回收率84.34%的指标;浮选尾矿进行氰化浸出,金作业浸出率为79.31%,对原矿回收率为12.42%。联合工艺最终获得金总回收率96.76%的指标。其中浮选金精矿中银品位为407.01g/t、金尾矿中银品位为5.97g/t、精矿银回收率为68.78%,氰化浸出作业中银作业浸出率为51.53%,对原矿浸出率为15.98%,银综合回收率为84.76%。A gold-bearing quartz vein-type gold ore is from Tibet,and the main gold content is electrum,the particle size is small and uneven,gold of grade 3.22 g/t is the main recycling elements and silver of grade 19.50 g/t is the comprehensive recovery element.According to the ore properties,the flotation-flotation tailings cyanide leaching process was used to recycle gold from the ore.A gold concentrate with gold grade of 95.81 g/t and gold recovery rate of 84.34%were obtained through the one roughing one cleaning one scavenging and middlings back to the flow-sheet in turn process.Flotation tailings were cyanide leached,gold leaching rate of 79.31%and ore gold recovery rate of 12.42%were obtained.The total gold recovery rate of 96.76%were obtained through the union process.The silver grade of the flotation gold concentrate and tailings were 407.01 g/t and 5.97 g/t respectively,and the silver recovery rate of concentrate was 68.78%;silver leaching rate of 51.53%and ore silver recovery rate of 15.98%were obtained from leaching process.The comprehensive recovery rate of silver is 84.76%.
