摘　　要：采用氯化聚乙烯(CPE)等为粘结剂,与磁粉和添加剂经过80~100℃混炼,再经压延精整成橡塑磁条。研究了混炼工艺、配方体系以及复合对橡塑磁体性能的影响。结果表明,与开炼相比,密炼工艺混炼效果更好,对提高橡塑磁体磁性能有利。通过配方调整可以改善材料的磁性能和硬度,得到不同性能的橡塑磁条。单片厚度高于0.7 mm时,单片厚度越薄,轧板时取向度越好,磁性能提高越明显。单片厚度小于0.7 mm时,出片轧板的磁性能提升幅度达到饱和,磁性能提升幅度小,效率降低。将不同性能的橡塑磁条进行复合处理,得到综合性能更高的复合橡塑磁条,优化工艺参数制备出磁性能为Br=0.275 T、Hcb=190 k A/m、Hcj=280 k A/m、(BH)max=13.3 k J/m3的复合橡塑磁条。Chlorinated polyethylene(CPE),used as binder,was mixed with magnetic powder and additives between 80 and 100℃,and then rolled into a rubber magnetic stripe.The influences of mixing process,formulation system and composite material on the properties of rubber magnet were studied.The results show that the mixing process is better than the open process,and it is helpful to improve the magnetic properties.The magnetic properties and hardness of the material can be improved by adjusting the formula.When the thickness of the single chip is higher than 0.7 mm,the thinner the thickness of the sheet is,the better the orientation of the rolled plate is,and the better the magnetism can be obtained.When the thickness is lower than 0.7 mm,the magnetic performance of the rolled plate reaches saturation level and the efficiency is reduced.Composite rubber magnet with higher comprehensive performance can be prepared by compositing the rubber strip with different properties.By optimizing the process parameters,composite rubber strip is prepared with good magnetic properties of Br=0.275 T,Hcb=190 kA/m,Hcj=280 kA/m,(BH)max=13.3 kJ/m3.
