摘　　要：某公司的三螺杆泵频繁出现轴瓦和推力盘磨损、密封泄漏等故障,无法实现裂解装置长周期连续运行。针对多次检修发现的故障现象,分析故障产生的原因,认为轴瓦和推力盘过快磨损的主要原因是:介质润滑性差,平衡管堵塞造成轴向力增大。而密封失效的主要原因是:密封型式不合理,介质对辅助密封圈造成腐蚀,使密封圈传动功能丧失,受力情况恶化,造成密封过快失效。文章根据泵的实际尺寸,在尽量对泵主体不做大改动的情况下,确定改造方案。将轴承外置改用润滑脂润滑,将橡胶波纹管机械密封改为多弹簧式,静环增加防转销,辅助密封圈改为"O"型环并对密封腔及轴承室进行改进。改造后,轴承及密封运行情况有了很大改善,使用寿命大幅延长,工作可靠性大为增加。Bearing bush and thrust plate wear,sealing leakage and other faults occur frequently in the three-screw pump of certain company,thus long-cycle continuous operation couldn't be realized.Aiming at the faults detected during maintenance of several times,this paper analyzes the causes for the faults and considers the main reasons for the rapid wear of the bearing bush and thrust plate involve the poor lubricity of the medium and increasing of axial force caused by balance pipe blockage.While the main reasons for the sealing leakage cover the unreasonable sealing type and the corrosion of the medium to the auxiliary sealing ring.These result in the loss of the transmission function of sealing ring and deterioration of the force condition,thus sealing failure occurs rapidly.According to the actual size,the revamp scheme is determined without making big changes for the pump body.Improvement measures are taken including switching to grease lubrication for the external bearing,changing the mechanical seal of therubber bellows to spring type,adding stop pin for the static ring,changing the auxiliary seal to o-ring seal and improving the sealing cavity and bearing housing.After the revamp,the operation of bearing and seal has been improved obviously;the service life has been extended greatly and the work reliability has been increased markedly.
