免疫三氧自体血回输对老年带状疱疹后神经痛发病率的影响

摘　　要：目的观察免疫三氧自体血回输治疗带状疱疹的疗效及对带状疱疹后神经痛发病率的影响,以探讨有效预防带状疱疹后神经痛的方法。方法选60岁以上带状疱疹患者88例,随机分为试验组(n=44)和对照组(n=44),试验组采用免疫三氧自体血回输以及普瑞巴林胶囊和泛昔洛韦片治疗,对照组只采用普瑞巴林胶囊及泛昔洛韦片治疗,观察2组患者治疗前及治疗1、2、3个疗程后视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS评分)、疱疹持续时间及患者发病60 d时带状疱疹后神经痛的发生情况。结果 2组患者VAS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),但在治疗1、2、3个疗程后VAS评分试验组较对照组降低更为显著(P<0.05);皮疹持续时间试验组较对照组显著缩短(P<0.001);发病60 d试验组较对照组带状疱疹后神经痛的发生率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论免疫三氧自体血回输可以明显缓解带状疱疹患者疼痛及缩短皮疹持续时间,且可降低带状疱疹后神经痛的发病率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of immuned three oxygen autologous blood transfusion on incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia in eldly patients with herpes zoster,and to explore the effective method of preventing postherpetic neuralgia.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients over 60 years with herpes zoster were randomly divided into experimental group(n=44)and control group(n=44).The patients in experimental group were treated by immun three oxygen immune autologous blood transfusion combined with pregabalin capsules and famciclovir tablets,however,the patients in control group were treated by with pregabalin capsules and famciclovir tablets only.The visual analogue pain scale(VAS),duration of herpes zoster and occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia at 60 days after disease attack were observed and compared between the two groups before treatment and after 1,2,3 treatment courses.Results After treatment the VAS scores were significantly decreased in both groups,as compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,which in experimental group after 1,2,and 3 treatment courses were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the duration of skin rash in experimental group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.01).In addition the incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia at 60 days after disease attack in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Immune three oxygen autologous blood transfusion treatment can significantly relieve the pains of patients with herpes zoster,shorten the duration of skin rash and reduce the incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia,therefor,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
