小金胶囊联合左甲状腺素钠片对桥本氏甲状腺炎伴结节患者甲状腺抗体的临床干预

摘　　要：目的分析小金胶囊联合左甲状腺素钠片对桥本氏甲状腺炎伴结节患者疗效及甲状腺抗体水平的影响。方法选择治疗的桥本氏甲状腺炎伴结节患者124例,按照随机分组原则分为研究组和对照组,每组62例。分别给予2组患者小金胶囊联合左甲状腺素钠片及单纯左甲状腺素钠片治疗,观察2组患者治疗后血清促甲状腺激素受体抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TG-Ab)、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)值、甲状腺结节体积、中医症状评分等指标,评价治疗效果。结果与治疗前比较,2组患者甲状腺抗体水平均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后抗体水平下降更明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前甲状腺结节大小差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后结节缩小,与治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后甲状腺体积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后中医积分降低,组内比较,与治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小金胶囊联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎伴结节患者可明显改善患者症状和体征,显著降低甲状腺自身抗体,治疗安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effects of Xiaojin capsule combined with left thyroxine sodium tablets on thyroid antibody of patients with hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Methods A total of 124 patients with hashimoto’s thyroiditis who were treated in our hospital from May 2013 to December 2016 were randomly divided into study group(n=62)and control group(n=62).The patients in study group were treated by Xiaojin capsule combined with left thyroxine sodium tablets,however,the patients in control group were treated by left thyroxine sodium tablets only.After treatment the therapeutic effects,the changes of levels of TG-Ab and TPOAb,thyroid nodule volume,TCM symptom scores were observed and compard between two groups.Results After the treatment,the levels of TG-Ab and TPOAb,thyroid nodules volume,TCM symptom scores were significantly decreased,as compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover there were significant differences in decrease degree of antibodies,TCM symptom scores after treatment between two groups,however,there were no significant differences in the changes of thyroid nodule volume after treatment between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaojin capsule combined with left thyroxine sodium tablets on thyroid antibody can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients with hashimoto’s thyroiditis,which can also obviously reduce the levels of thyroid autoantibodies,with safety and reliablity,therefor,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
