护理程序管理模式联合围术期访视对手术配合和术后负面情绪改善程度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理程序管理模式联合围术期访视对手术配合和术后负面情绪改善程度的影响。方法选取住院的100例手术患者,采用随机数字表法患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用护理程序管理模式联合围术期访视,参照Zung焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、Zung抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)标准评定负面情绪。结果观察组手术配合度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士满意度评分、医生满意度评分、患者满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术前,2组SAS评分、SDS评分与生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术后,全部患者SAS评分与SDS评分明显低于手术前,生活质量评分明显高于手术前,手术前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中观察组SAS评分与SDS评分明显低于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组,组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理程序管理模式联合围术期访视可明显提高手术配合度,改善术后负面情绪,提升护理质量与生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of nursing process management mode combined with perioperative interview on surgery cooperation and improvement degree of postoperative negative emotions of patients.Methods A total of 100 patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were enrolled in the study.According to random number table these patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in ach group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing,however,the patients in observation group were treated by nursing process management mode combined with perioperative interview.The negative emotions of patients were evaluated according to Zung Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Zung Depression Self rating Scale(SDS).Results The surgery cooperation degree in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The nurse’s satisfaction degree scores,doctor’s satisfaction degree scores,patient’s satisfaction degree scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Before surgery,there were no significant differences in SAS scores,SDS score and life quality scores between two groups(P>0.05),however,after surgery,the SAS scores and SDS scores were significantly decreased in both groups,however,the life quality scores were significantly increased in both groups,as compared with those before surgery(P<0.05).Moreover the SAS scores and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,but life quality scores were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing process management mode combined with perioperative interview can obviously improve surgery cooperation degree,improve postoperative negative emotions of patients,improve nursing quality and life quality of patients,thus,which is worth using widely in clinical practice.
